Client Policies

By booking an appointment with Rebelle Studios, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the following Policies & Conditions.

Cancellations / Rescheduling

As appointments are held specifically for you, it's important that clients turn up to their allocated appointments. If you are unable to make an appointment and need to reschedule or you wish to cancel it is requested that you provide a MINIMUM of 24hrs notice. To ensure that you never forget an appointment, we send two reminders out prior to your appointment. You will receive an email 48 hrs prior to your appointment as well as a txt 24 hours prior to your appointment.
 
Due to cancellations and no-shows having a large financial impact on a small business, failure to provide 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling will result in a cancellation/rescheduling fee of 50% of the appointments total value. ​No shows OR cancellations/rescheduling on the day of your allocated appointment time will result in a cancellation/rescheduling fee of 100% of the appointment value. It is understandable that unavoidable issues may arise and in case of an emergency we will do our best to work with you, however we also ask you to please take into consideration this is our livelihood & that cancellations, regardless of the situation directly impact our income and ability to provide for our family.
 
The cancellation/reschedule or no show fee will be invoiced to you via email or taken from your non-refundable deposit. Any outstanding fees must be paid prior to your next appointment. Failure make payment will result in all future appointments being canceled.
 
No shows will result in all future appointments having to be prepaid before an appointment is held for you. More than one no show will result in a ban from the salon.

Lateness

As we often work to tight time schedules it’s important that you are always on time to your appointments, if you are  late, your appointment may need to be altered to suit the time frame available. If you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment it may be canceled/rescheduled & the cancellation fee above of 100% will apply to the lost appointment. We understand that unavoidable things happen but ultimately we have a business to run, and can not allow lateness to impact the next clients appointment time. 

Sickness

Please ensure you never come to an appointment if you are sick!! We work within very close proximity to you which means it is crucial that you reschedule if you suspect you are unwell. If you fail to reschedule & show up to an appointment unwell you will be sent home immediately and invoiced for 100% of the service you were booked in for. We ask that if you do need to reschedule due to sickness that, you provide adequate notice where possible, in instances where this is not possible, our standard cancellation policy applies. We understand that it is not your fault if you get sick, but equally it is also not ours. Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and as a small business, last-minute cancellations have a significant financial impact.

Children

As a mother myself, I completely understand how demanding childcare can be and how tricky it is to organise time for yourself. That’s exactly why I’m so passionate about protecting the salon space as a place for you to relax, unwind, and enjoy some well-deserved “you time.”

For safety reasons, the salon is not suitable for small children. There are many potential hazards, from chemicals to delicate equipment - that make it unsafe, and little ones can’t be supervised during your appointment. It’s also important that you can fully enjoy your service without distraction.We kindly ask that you schedule your appointments so you’re able to come alone. The only exception is for children who are old enough to sit quietly in the waiting area for the full duration of your service, and we ask that they remain seated at all times.

Thank you for respecting this policy and helping keep the salon a safe, relaxing space for everyone.

Refunds

At Rebelle Studios, we have a strict no-refund policy. While we always strive for perfection, if you have any concerns about your service, please let us know as soon as possible, we will always do our best to work with you to find a solution. However, under no circumstances will a refund be provided. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding.

Deposits

At Rebelle Studios, all deposits are strictly non-refundable. However, if you provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, your deposit will remain on your account and can be applied to your next appointment. If you fail to provide the required notice as outlined in our cancellation policy, your deposit will be forfeited. This ensures fairness to both our clients and our business. Privacy & Cookie Policy

Rebelle Studios collects personal information such as your name, email address and contact details for the purpose of managing bookings, sending important service updates and sharing relevant education or business information if you opt into our mailing list.

We also use cookies and tracking tools (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to help us understand how visitors use our website and to improve your browsing experience. These may track anonymous data such as pages visited, time on site and general location.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. If you do not wish for cookies to be collected, you may disable or manage them through your browser settings at any time.

Student Policies

Education Policy

At Rebelle Studios, we’re committed to providing a supportive, empowering, and high-quality learning experience for every student. Please take a moment to read through our education policies before booking any course or mentoring session. By enrolling in any Rebelle Studios education program, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Payments

​

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 7 working days prior to your scheduled course date.

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable, as they cover your kit, course materials, and reserved training spot.
     

Cancellations & Reschedules​

​

  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 7 working days of your course will result in the forfeiture of all payments made.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your course date will result in the entire course cost being forfeited in full, as this leaves insufficient time to fill your space.

  • Rebelle Studios’ full cancellation policy applies to all education bookings without exception.

  • By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Student Kits

​

  • Student kits are only provided to enrolled students who attend and complete their course. If a student cancels, reschedules beyond policy timeframes mentioned above, or fails to attend, their kit will not be released or shipped under any circumstance.

  • Rebelle Studios does not permit the distribution of professional kits to individuals who have not completed training or been deemed competent, as certification and correct education must be achieved before use.

  • No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for the withheld kit, as this is directly tied to course participation and competency.

 

Certification

​

  • Students who demonstrate competency will be awarded a TWENTY™ accredited Certification (Gel Polish & Builder Gel courses) and a Rebelle Studios certification for E-file training.

  • Certification is not automatically granted upon course completion - it will only be awarded once a student has confidently demonstrated all required skills and knowledge to a professional standard.

  • Our goal is to uphold the integrity and reputation of Rebelle Studios and our partnered brands by ensuring every graduate meets the highest level of industry readiness.
     

Course Requirements

  • Students must arrive on time and be prepared with all required tools and materials (unless otherwise provided in their kit).

  • Mobile phones must be kept on silent during training.

  • Late arrivals may miss important content and could risk not meeting competency requirements.
     

 Conduct & Professionalism

​

  • We maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment.

  • Disrespectful behaviour toward educators or other students will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without refund.
     

Model Requirements

​

  • Some courses require a live model. You will be notified in advance if a model is required.

  • It is the student’s responsibility to arrange a reliable model unless otherwise specified.
     

Media & Photography

​

  • Rebelle Studios reserves the right to take photos or videos during training for marketing and educational purposes.

  • By attending, you consent to this use unless you request otherwise prior to the course date.

​

Intellectual Property

 

  • All education-related materials - including manuals, resources, course content, videos, handouts and assessment tools, remain the intellectual property of Rebelle Studios.

  • Students are strictly prohibited from copying, sharing, uploading, teaching, reselling or distributing any part of Rebelle Studios' educational content without written permission.

  • Legal action may be taken against any individual or business who breaches this policy.
